A HOTLINE (12356) offering information and knowledge on reproductive health, migrant population management, birth control and family planning policies was launched by Shanghai Population and Family Planning Commission yesterday.
It operates from 9:30am to 11:30am and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday.

The service is offered in Chinese, but a bilingual service will be launched following requests from expatriates living in the city.
