SHANGHAI'S first hotline (6587-6866) offering guidance and medical treatment for pregnant minors said yesterday it had received calls from more than 2,000 girls since the service began three years ago.

Ten percent were middle school students, 20 percent high school students and 45 percent vocational school students.
