LLEYTON Hewitt was fined US$1,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct during his Monday's win over Robin Hasse.

The 2002 champion sent a ball skidding off court after a game when he was called for foot-faults. "For some reason there's only one person that kept calling them," Hewitt said. "We played 2 1/2 sets without that one person when they changed people, and then the same bloke came back again and I got done again."
