Scoring an early result

Dai Silin, an employee of Shanghai Post, checks the first print sample of the national college entrance examination results yesterday. Shanghai Post printed the result sheets of 97,843 examinees in Shanghai last night and will deliver the sheets to the students today. The mark baseline of the city's top universities for arts applicants is 471, and that for science students is 467, both higher than last year's.
