-- Adverstisement --

AFTER coasting through their opening matches, top seeds Roger Federer and Ana Ivanovic should face tougher tests on the show courts at Wimbledon today.

Federer's bid for a sixth consecutive Wimbledon title resumes on Centre Court against Sweden's Robin Soderling and Ivanovic meets experienced campaigner Nathalie Dechy on Court One.

French Open champion Ivanovic will look to build on her straightforward 6-1 6-2 first round victory over Paraguay's Rossana de le Rios.

Her Serbian compatriot Novak Djokovic, seeded third and aiming to add Wimbledon to his Austalian Open title, has potentially the trickiest task however, facing former world number one Marat Safin of Russia.

Fifth seed David Ferrer, who won this year's Valencia Open, meets Russia's unseeded Igor Andreev, while 10th seed Marcos Baghdatis, semi-finalist in 2006, plays Sweden's former Australian Open champion Thomas Johansson, who reached the semis a year earlier.

Lleyton Hewitt, the last man to win Wimbledon before Federer, back in 2002, plays Spain's Albert Montanes and twice winner Serena Williams takes on Urszula Radwanska of Poland.

Amelie Mauresmo, who has struggled with injury since winning the title in 2006 finds herself out on Court 11 against Spain's Virginia Ruano Pascual.
