A truck drives along national highway 213 from Dujiangyan to Yingxiu Town. More than 43.3 kilometers of roads in Sichuan Province have not reopened to the public since the May 12 earthquake. Landslides and floods have hampered repair work. Of the 254 towns that suffered heavy damage during the quake, six still have no road link to the outside world.
