KOREAN Air's premium short-haul carrier Jin Air plans to launch international flights to regions covered by open-sky policy, including China, Japan and Southeast Asia, from August 2009. Jin Air, also known as Air Korea, will begin operation on July 17 with four daily flights from Seoul to Jeju Island.
