TWO tour groups are leaving from Shanghai to San Francisco and New York tomorrow, with a package tour price of 19,800 yuan (US$2,829).

Only one member of the 80-strong group had his visa application rejected. Travel agency officials said that the rejected tourist was a new passport holder and had only one outbound trip beforehand.
