-- Adverstisement --

IT is going to be wet, very wet for most of the next week in Shanghai, according to the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.

Rain clouds are expected to settle over the city late this afternoon or tonight and hang around until newt Wednesday, the bureau said.

The bureau said today's high temperature will be 27 degrees Celsius and the low will touch 22 degrees.

As heavy rain and thunderstorms are likely, residents should be prepared when going out, said Shen Lifeng, an official with the bureau.

Shen said the high temperature would drop to 25 degrees tomorrow and hover between 27 and 28 degrees on Sunday and early next week.

``Though it is humid, residents will not feel too stuffy as the wind will make the air more comfortable,'' said Shen.
