AC Milan to host soccer events in Shanghai

ITALY-BASED soccer giant AC Milan will visit Shanghai on June 14 and 15.

Events will be held at Luwan Sports Center and may feature famous football players such as Paolo Maldini, Filippo Inzaghi and George Weah.

Fans can get free tickets at the center or apply at http://acmilan.espnstar.com.cn/, the official Chinese Website of AC Milan.

A 3 vs 3 game will be held on June 15 at Times Square. Every player will win a prize, but the top team will advance to the finals in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province.

AC Milan is based in Milan and was founded in 1899.AC Milan last visited Shanghai in 2004 for a friendly game against Shanghai Shenhua.
