A RUSSIAN sailor was arrested by police yesterday for allegedly beating passers-by and a security guard in a shipyard in Chongming County.
The sailor, who had been drinking, allegedly fought with three people and slapped a security guard trying to stop him, according to the Wusong Frontier Inspection Station.
