Prize fraud

THE Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court has sentenced Huang Jiani, Luo Youxiang and Wu Junfeng to 13, 10 and 1 1/2 years in prison for fraud. The court said 41-year-old Taiwan woman Huang told victims they had won a prize. The gang then asked for money in order to claim the prize.
