Visitors look at chocolate-made Terra Cotta Warriors in a chocolate theme park which began a trial run today in the former Expo Site. The 30,000-square-meter park, Chocolate Happy Land, features "Chocolate Waterfall," "Rainbow Bridge" and other scenes in the film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." It is expected to open to the public as early as next month. Shanghai authorities looked into the allegations that the theme park has infringed the copyrights of another brand holder.-Zhang Suoqing

Despite allegations of copyright infringement, the chocolate theme park at in the former Expo Site opened today on a trial run.

Chocolate Happy Land covers more than 30,000 square meters of space and features "Chocolate Waterfall," "Rainbow Bridge," and other scenes in the film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory."

The park is expected to open to the public as early as next month. Shanghai industry and commerce authorities have looked into the allegations that the chocolate park infringed the copyrights of a similar brand owned by another Shanghai company.

Tickets to the park are expected to cost 120 yuan (US$19.30) per person.
