Retirement center resident arrested after 3 seniors’ testicles sliced off

A resident of a retirement center cut off the testicles of three fellow residents Tuesday in Qinggang County in northern China’s Heilongjiang Province, people.com.cn reported today.
Local police detained the suspect, and the three victims were sent to the Fourth Hospital of Harbin Medical University for treatment.
The cause of the incident is under investigation.
