One dead, two hurt as Ferrari destroyed in Beijing expressway crash
ONE person was killed and two others hurt, one critically, after a fire-engine red Ferrari was smashed to pieces when it hit a guardrail on Beijng’s airport expressway during the wee hours of today, People’s Daily website reported.
The vehicle was so badly damaged that it was almost beyond recognition in the accident and the car brand can hardly be recognized at scene. A maintenance worker found the Ferrari logo on a wheel lying on the road’s greenbelt, the report said.
The three people in the car were sent to hospitals but one could not be revived and was pronounced dead.
