ALL 16 people who were trapped in a collapsed apartment building in southwest China’s Guizhou Province were yesterday confirmed dead. The bodies of three people classified as missing as of yesterday morning were pulled from the rubble just before 1pm, local authorities said. The nine-story building, which was home to 114 people, fell on Wednesday morning. Its collapse is thought to have been caused by a landslide.
