HONG Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying said yesterday he would consider disclosing evidence of external interference in the Occupy Central movement at an appropriate time. Speaking to reporters before an Executive Council meeting, Leung said he was not speculating when he said during a TV interview on Sunday that there are external forces involved in the Occupy Central protests. Whether to disclose evidence would be considered at an appropriate time.
