4 held over online fraud

FOUR people in east China’s Jiangxi Province have been arrested on suspicion of fraud in relation to the sale of antiques online. The suspects, one of whom was identified as a man surnamed Chen, advertised items for sale via WeChat groups, police said. However, after would-be buyers transferred money to the gang’s bank account, the vendors disappeared without trace, they said.
