3 assistant police held in sex case
THREE police assistants in Yingde, south China’s Guangdong Province, have been detained on suspicion of forcing a prostitute to have sex with them and extorting 1,500 yuan (US$245) from her, police said yesterday.
The incident was brought to light on Saturday by an Internet user who posted the claim on a public forum.
According to that person, a police assistant named Xie Xiongying chatted with the unnamed prostitute on WeChat.
In the conversation, Xie threatened to expose the woman as a prostitute unless she agreed to have sex with him and two colleagues. He also demanded she pay them 300 yuan per day from her earnings as a prostitute.
