6 miners lifted from flooded coal mine

SIX trapped miners were lifted from a coal mine shaft on Saturday morning, three days after it flooded in northwest China’s Shaanxi Province.
The miners, in a stable condition, were taken to a local hospital. Seven miners were working in the pit, but only one managed to escape when the accident occurred.
