Jinjiang Amusement Park was the first in Shanghai to introduce foreign amusement facilities.
The park, boasts a pleasant environment and is multi-functional. It offers over 30 different sets of large and medium amusement facilities as well as restaurants, tea houses, cafes, and lounges.
Green Woods, Green Garden , Happy Isle, a river surrounding the isle, and the bridge of European style… all those unique landscapes, architectures and modern amusement facilities complement each other and constitute a spectacular picture.
In recent years park affliliates have made changes to meet the needs of cultural amusement, fitness, and domestic and foreign tourists, Jinjiang Amusement Park, has successively introduced large amusement facilities such as “Huge Wheel”, “Joy Land”, “Canyon Raft Ride”, “Space Shot”, “Layered Merry-go-around” and “Spinning Coaster”, which are advanced in China and in the world, making the park a new attraction for the young people in Shanghai.
Xinzhuang Park
Located in the southwest sector of the town, Xinzhuang Park covers an area of 38,785 square meters. Because of the 11,000-square-meter plums planted by Yang in 1930, the Park was named Xinye Plum Garden, commonly called Yang's Garden.
Not only are plums present in Xinzhuang Park but also different types of pines, bamboo, camphor trees and other evergreens can also be found in the park.
There are more than 400 plum trees, 400 plum stakes of over 30 species. Many of them are precious and valuable. Together with the white walls and dark tiles, winding corridors and red pavilions, the plums make the park classical and elegant.
Minhang Public Park
Located on 249 Humin Road, Minhang Park, which is the home of the tablet written by Jiang Zemin covers an area of 60,600 square meters.
The central landscape covers 84% of the park, shaping 20 green zones of different features. Besides the flowerbeds, there are palms, cassias, plums, cherries, yulan, camellias, and other bosks present in the park.
The west section of the park is broad and planted with tall arbors and flower shrubs. Surrounding the flowerbed of Chinese roses, there is a large lushous lawn of 20,000 square meters.
