Since the end of 2006, the district has built several commercial real-estate establishments which reached 34,647,000 square meters, which makes up one-sixth of the commercial real-estate establishments in the whole city. And 91.7% of them, namely 31,776,000 square meters, were built after 1994.
There are not only top class villas such as Forest Manor and the Villa Park, but also modern apartments such as Mandarine City and Vanke Holidays. The district also includes homes in the Qizhong Village and Jingjiangyuan.
