PEOPLE living in Shanghai will from today be able to purchase, recharge and get refunds on their public transport cards at 408 new service points across the city. Refund services are now available at 692 outlets, including at post offices, branches of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Alldays convenience stores, and transport hubs such as train stations and airports.
