A TRUCK driver was sentenced to four years in jail after his overloaded truck, carrying more than 38 tons of glass, overturned and killed three people in a car. The Qingpu District People’s Court also jailed the driver’s boss for three years with a three-year reprieve and ordered him to pay the insurance company 1.76 million yuan (US$260,000).
