A MAN who hit a police car with a brick in Jiading District has been detained, Police said yesterday. The man surnamed Cai, 31, said he wanted to be put into jail because he was going through a rough time. Cai then picked up a brick and smashed the windscreen of the police car when two officers were handling a traffic accident nearby. He sat in the car and asked the officers to take him to the police station.
