A LARGE data statistical science center opened over the weekend by China’s State Statistics Bureau and the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The center, in the School of Statistics and Management at SUFE, will work with the national statistics bureau and invite government departments and companies to share findings, said university president Fan Liming.
