Man detained for taking pictures of woman's underwear at Metro station

A man was caught taking pictures of a woman’s undergarments at a Metro station yesterday.
Police said they received a call at about 6:45pm, saying a man was caught by passers-by for using his cellphone to take pictures under a woman’s skirt on the elevator at Metro Line 1’s People’s Square Station.
Police rushed took the man away for questioning.
He will receive administrative detention according to the law, police said, without elaborating.
