A man was held by police last night in connection with an assault on Monday. The 36-year-old man surnamed Ke from Taiwan allegedly struck a woman on the head and grabbed her mobile phone in the parking lot of the Songjiang South branch of Shanghai General Hospital on Monday afternoon.
