ABOUT 50 tons of fireworks have been detained in Yangshan Port over the past two months, the city’s customs said.
They were destined to be smuggled abroad. The seized goods have been taken to special storage areas. Fireworks are categorized as dangerous objects in China, and exports have to be transported by qualified companies.
