Detained over killing

A MAN who allegedly killed his grandmother and injured his uncle on Tuesday has been detained by Chongming County police. The 21-year-old, surnamed Xi, knifed his 85-year-old grandmother over a trivial matter, said police. Xi’s uncle tried to intervene and was injured. Neighbors said Xi has mental health problems.
