THE annual charity event, dubbed “True Love under the Blue Sky,” will be held in Shanghai from December 31 to January 31 this year, the Shanghai Charity Foundation announced yesterday. It will involve 89 activities including fund raising and charity bazaars. People can make donations by scanning the QR code on WeChat. Online donation will also be accepted. Some expatriates and foreign-funded companies are also participating this year. The charity event has been held for 20 years.
