2 die in bike crashes

TWO people died in e-bike accidents yesterday, traffic police said, warning drivers to obey the law.
An 60-year-old man was killed when he was hit by a car while riding illegally in the Jungong Road Tunnel on the Middle Ring Road about noon.
About the same time, a woman on an e-bike driven by her husband was killed when they were hit by a vehicle at the crossroads of Changhua Road and Huajing Road.
