Shanghai railway stations offer free Wi-Fi

SHANGHAI railway stations are providing a free Wi-Fi service from next month. Passengers log on to the “i-station” and register using their cellphone number.

The home page guides users to railway information, including timetables and delay notices. The service is available at Shanghai Railway Station, Shanghai South Railway Station and Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station.

Meanwhile, a man who pinched a woman’s bottom on a Line 7 subway train on Sunday morning will be detained for five days, according to Metro Express. The man was held by commuters as he tried to flee.
