Safety first at nursing homes

NEW fire-prevention systems will soon be installed in 25 nursing homes in Zhabei District as part of a citywide safety campaign, officials said yesterday. Each of the centers will be fitted with alarms, sprinklers and extinguishers, the local fire department said at the launch of the promotion.
