Pudong to get new hospital in Qiantan neighborhood

CONSTRUCTION of a new hospital in the Qiantan neighborhood of the Pudong New Area got under way yesterday.

Its Singapore-based developers claim that once completed — initial plans put that date at 2018 — the hospital will be the biggest in the city.

The Qiantan area of the city is home to a major business zone and is being developed as a residential area.
