New bird flu case

SHANGHAI’S health authority has confirmed a new human case of infection by the H7N9 strain of avian influenza, Xinhua said yesterday. The man, 60, surnamed Gu, was diagnosed with H7N9 bird flu on Tuesday. He is being treated in a hospital.
