Going swimmingly
THE city’s would-be largest artificial lake, “Shanghai Fish,” is nearing the conclusion of its second phase and water will be added at the end of the month, xinmin.cn reported yesterday. Covering a total of 2.5 square kilometers, the Fengxian District landmark will take shape by the year end and construction of surrounding projects, including a theater and museum, starts next year.
