More gifts for green scheme

THE city will increase the number of gifts for its “green account” scheme this year to spur interest in garbage sorting, environmental protection authorities said yesterday. Gifts include gold bars, television sets and smart phones. Green account holders earn points by dumping dry and wet garbage into different bins.
