SEVEN towns in Shanghai, including Jiuting in Songjiang District and Gucun in Baoshan District, received the worst environmental ratings in the city, according to a report by Shanghai’s greenery authorities that covered more than 200 residential communities or towns. Changxing, Xianghuaqiao, Zhongxing, Luxiang and Jiulixiang towns also received low ratings.
