Free festival postcards

FREE postcards are available at 435 post offices citywide from tomorrow for members of the public to mail to seniors in their family with the approach of the Chongyang Festival, or Double Ninth Festival, which falls on October 2 this year.
The design of the postcards highlights filial piety and it is the first time that these have been issued by Shanghai Post. They will have commemorative postmarks stamped on them at post offices and mailing is free. A total of 120,000 postcards are available.
