ABOUT 72,800 graduates of local middle schools have been accepted by 248 high schools and 72 secondary vocational schools in Shanghai, education authorities said yesterday as the admission process concluded. About 75,000 attended the graduation exam and 73,700 have applied for places in schools for the next education period.
