Minor quake detected in Shanghai

A quake measured at 0.6 magnitude hit Qingpu District in Shanghai at 9:03am today, according to the Shanghai Earthquake Administration.

The epicenter was detected at 31.0 degrees of north latitude, 121.1 degrees of east longitude, with a depth of 5 kilometers. The epicenter was 22km from People’s Square, said the administration.

So far there're no reports of casualties or property damage.
