Hangzhou will pass a local act to provide free WiFi in public venues, according to some local legislators.
They said public venues include government buildings, hospitals, schools and public parks.
They are also working on new legislation to link the Hangzhou Citizen Card with the holder’s health record. They also plan new laws on the disposal of kitchen waste and standardizing the car rental business.
