Wrapped-up pedestrians shiver in the gusty wind yesterday at Shanghai's People's Square. The arrival of a cold front caused temperatures to drop by as much as 14 degrees Celsius. But relief is on the way: Tomorrow's high should hit 20 degrees, and the city will be even warmer by the weekend, according to the Shanghai Meteorological Bureau.
