Cooks hard at work making the famous Nanxian steamed buns yesterday during a "best buns" contest held in the Yuyuan Garden in Shanghai. Fifty cooks from the 111-year-old Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant took part in the competition which is part of the popular tourist spot's Festival of China. The festival will run until December 4.
