DECEMBER is an exciting month at Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai, where Christmas and New Year celebrations will include plenty of joyful celebrations, banquets and parties where family and friends can gather along the Pudong riverside.
Throughout the holiday season, the hotel will be dressed in glorious and elegant festive decorations, and its three signature restaurants are serving special menus of traditional Christmas delicacies.
The celebrations continue with a culinary journey on New Year’s Eve with an indulgent and delicious 5-course set dinner presented by Fifty 8° Grill’s Chef de Cuisine Phillip Taylor. And as the New Year approaches, everyone can join the countdown party at Qi Bar to welcome 2017. There are also special room, dining, spa and beauty therapy deals at Mandarin Oriental, Pudong, Shanghai through the end of the year. This festive season, invite your beloved one to relax, rejuvenate and recharge at Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai and make it a journey to remember. “Shanghai Retreat” package includes: one night accommodation with breakfast buffet for two at Zest, a 45-minute Digital Detox treatment for two enhanced by a 15-minute-long energy clearing exercise and a four-course set menu for two at 58° Grill. Fifty 8° Grill is offering a 4-course Christmas Eve carvery dinner from 5:30pm to 11pm on Christmas Eve for 528 yuan per person, which includes a glass of champagne. Zest will be serving the traditional Christmas Eve buffet dinner from 5:30pm to 10pm for 498 yuan per person, which includes a glass of prosecco.
Fifty 8° Grill will continue the celebrations with a 4-course Christmas carvery brunch from 11:30am to 2:30pm for 468 yuan per person, including a glass of house wine. Zest will serve a Christmas buffet lunch at the same time for 438 yuan per person, including a glass of Glühwein.
Fifty 8° Grill is offering a 5-course New Year’s Eve set dinner from 5:30pm to 10:30pm on December 31 for 888 yuan per person, inclusive of a glass of champagne.
Zest will serve a New Year’s Eve buffet dinner from 5:30pm to 10pm for 518 yuan per person, including a glass of prosecco.
The seasonal therapy treatment “Touch of Gold and Frankincense” nurtures your body’s wellbeing while relieving physical and emotional stresses through personalized healing. The journey toward a natural state of equilibrium starts with mandarin essential oils, aromatic frankincense and a juniper foot ritual starts the journey designed to restore a natural state of equilibrium. The therapy is concluded with a skin analysis and hydrating facial massage that targets tired eyes.
