Hyatt on the Bund’s array of festive delicacies

AS the 2015 festive season approaches, the talented chefs of Hyatt on the Bund are in the midst of preparing a series of festive delicacies.

At VUE Restaurant, the chefs will specially create the Living Cooking Parade that will allow guests to enjoy the delectable taste of continental European cuisine on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

These classic delicacies will be cooked with the freshest ingredients. There will be more than 40 dishes, including fresh seafood, beef tartar, Boston lobster bisque, signature risotto, whole turkey, VUE aux sarments and many others that will provide guests with a delightful dining experience.

During the festive season, guests will also be able to discover authentic Chinese and Shanghainese cuisine at Xindalu-China Kitchen, savor the international buffet at Aroma or enjoy traditional hand-made dim sums while enjoying the 270-degree view of the Huangpu River at VUE Dining.

The New Year’s Eve Champagne Countdown Party at VUE Bar will be the highlight of this festive season. Guests will be able to welcome 2016 with an amazing New Year’s fireworks display and enjoy free-flow of Perrier Jouët Champagne. All guests will have the chance of winning special prizes including iPhone 6s, Apple watches or two Business Class round-trip tickets to the USA provided by United Airlines.
