Festive meal sets for Christmas & New Year at PHÉNIX eatery & bar

WITH Christmas and New Year only one month away, many hotels and restaurants are already in preparation to celebrate the festive season with feasts to win diner’s hearts. This year, One Michelin Star restaurant PHÉNIX eatery & bar will offer guests two modern French set menus with delicacies that will please the eye and the palette. Guests will be able to savor a luxurious eight-dish French Christmas set menu on Christmas Eve priced at 888 yuan (US$128) per person. As for New Year’s Eve, Executive Chef Michael Wilson has prepared an innovative nine-dish set. For both menus, guests can choose a wine pairing supplement of five French wines and Champagne for an additional 500 yuan per person. In addition, PHÉNIX eatery & bar is also preparing a Christmas Day and New Year’s Day Brunch for 888 yuan per person with free flow Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial; or 1,088 yuan per person with free flow Moët et Chandon Rosé Impérial. All prices are subject to a 10 percent service charge and applicable prevailing value added tax.
Young and talented Chef Wilson was recently awarded One Michelin Star in The Michelin Guide Shanghai 2017 for PHÉNIX eatery & bar.
With more than 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Wilson started his tenure at The PuLi Hotel and Spa in 2012. Quickly garnering recognition for his remarkable gastronomic skills and culinary philosophy of “life is about the ingredients”, he believes that the perfect dish is the combination of fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas.

Located on Level 2 of The PuLi Hotel and Spa and overlooking JingAn Park, PHÉNIX eatery & bar features French cuisine with the finest and freshest quality ingredients – embodying simplicity and authenticity.
