The superlative buffet features fresh seafood such as lobster, Alaskan king crab, French oysters and fresh sashimi among other delights of the sea as well as foie gras, charcuterie, European cheeses and fresh salads, cold appetizers and classic Chinese cuisine.

In addition to the buffet, guests can choose from a seasonally inspired a la carte menu including a top-of-the-range caviar course, silky eggs benedict and a main course selection made with the highest quality ingredients.

The brunch is finished off with a luscious French patisserie dessert selection from cheesecake to chocolate delicacies. The Carnivore’s Club, Fifty 8° Grill, Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai

Crafted for meat lovers. The Carnivore’s Club is an elaborate Sunday brunch featuring the signature Chef’s Carving Board, when you can enjoy unlimited servings of dry aged Jack’s Creek Côte de Boeuf, lemon & thyme Marinated roasted chicken, salmon koulibiak and crisp suckling pig.

Brunch lovers will also enjoy the traditional breakfast items such as poached eggs with hazelnut and truffle jus or fried eggs with tomato compote and Jamon. Phillip Taylor, chef de cuisine of Fifty 8° Grill, has added his new spring creations to the brunch menu, using fresh ingredients such as heirloom tomatoes, morels, green asparagus and Yunnan truffles.
