Putting all the pieces together on a great adventure in Malaysia

Can you imagine a world made of Lego? During the National Day holiday my mom, dad and my brother Henry flew from Shanghai to Singapore and then drove to Malaysia. We stopped outside a hotel and then we saw it — “The Lego Hotel.” It looked like it was all made of Lego.

We checked into the hotel and in reception we saw a Lego castle and a Lego pirate boat. When we opened the door to our room, there was Lego everywhere. We had bunk beds and everything was done to a pirate theme. It was fantastic, awesome and amazing!

The man from the hotel gave us a treasure map and we had to find things in the room to open the treasure chest. And when we opened it there was Lego inside for us to keep. Then we went down for dinner and everything in the restaurant was Lego. We came back to the room and we went to bed very excited about the next day.

When we woke up and got ready we went to Legoland Park. First we saw the models in Miniland. My favorite model was the cruise ship. It was made of more than 130,000 pieces and it took a year to build.

Then we started going on the rides. The first one was the log flume and we all got very wet. Then we went on the adventure ride where we had to shoot the green lights. I even went to the driving school and learned to drive Lego cars.

Later, we went to the pool, which had bits of Lego pieces in to play with as we were swimming. There were slides where you sat in a rubber ring and one where you had to go down on your tummy. My favorite slide was where we sat in a big rubber ring and went from side to side.

I also went on a ride called Project X with my daddy. We went on it three times. It goes down and up really fast and round corners and it is really fun. Then we went on the dragon roller coaster. It was really fun and not scary. Henry wanted to go again so he and mommy stayed on it and Daddy and I went on the castle roller coaster. We went round three times without getting off.

On our last morning, we had another swim before breakfast then it was time to pack up our suitcases. I think the best thing about Legoland was the Project X ride because it was so much fun.
